When the evil Cuban Communist Arthur Basel murders the daughter of a pacifist art dealer named Ted Vernon in Miami and steals a valuable painting, Ted teams up with rogue cop Detective RubberDoll and Miami Bass musician Otto Von Schirach to seek out revenge. Meanwhile friends of Ted’s daughter, the TM Sisters try to help recover his stolen painting, and use their unusual synchronized swimming and roller-skating abilities as they are led on a bizarre scavenger hunt through the South Florida underground.
